As a federally incorporated Not for Profit corporation, Western Grains Research Foundation (WGRF) is required to submit articles of continuance and bylaws to comply with new federal regulations. In order to accomplish this WGRF will be convening a Special Meeting of Members o to pass a resolution in support of the continuance of WGRF under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and to replace WGRF’s current bylaws.
