To determine the effect of stage of maturity on yield of digestible nutrients of barley, oat and triticale. The effect of harvest maturity of barley, oat and triticale on nutrient yield, voluntary intake and cow performance will also be evaluated, and the effect of maturity at cutting on the economics of swath grazing barley, oat and triticale will be calculated.
