Start Date: 1988
Project Length: 3 Years
Objectives:

To assess the impact of frost and freezing tolerance on the degreening process during seed maturation in Brassica napus. The information from this study will provide agronomists with basic information needed to alter agronomic practices accordingly and will assist crushers in determining new enzyme techniques for bleaching green oils.
