Objectives:

To evaluate monitoring methods for pollen beetle (new invasive pest in canola) and relate trap catches to bud damage, podless stalks and yield. To evaluate the attractiveness of different canola varieties. To monitor canola fields in AB, SK and MB for the presence of pollen beetles and for potential biocontrol agents in the Atlantic region.
