Lead Researcher (PI): Garry Hnatowich
Institution: Irrigation Crop Diversification Corporation
Total WGRF Funding: $41,895
Co-Funders: Agriculture Development Fund
Start Date: 2014
Project Length: 3 Years
Objectives:

The objectives are to: 1) determine optimal seeding date ranges for soybean and their effect on grain yield and quality 2) assess the impact of soybean seed treatment and possible benefits, particularly under less than optimal soil temperature seeding conditions 3) determine optimal soybean seeding rates for both solid seeded and row cropped production 4) examine the impact and determine the economic feasibility of combination inoculant applications.
