Start Date:

Project Length:
5 Years
Objectives:
To produce diverse near-pure genotype isolates (NPGI) of Plasmodiophora brassicae from clubroot galls collected in western Canada, sequence the genome of NPGI, develop SNP markers to avirulence gene for clubroot and obtain pure genotype isolates of P. brassicae.
