Objectives:

i) Selection of brown and yellow seed flax lines leading to varieties with improved yield potential and disease resistance while maintaining acceptable oil content and oil quality.
ii) Increase the rate of genetic gain through genomic selection in flax.
iii) Develop an effective and efficient indoor disease screening methodology for pasmo in flax through integrating accelerated plant growth (APG) technology.
