Institution:
Global Institute for Food Security
Total WGRF Funding:
$345,001
Co-Funders:
Alberta Wheat Commission, Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission, Saskatchewan Wheat Development Commission
Start Date:
2021
Project Length:
4 Years
Objectives:
Develop a catalogue of structural variation (SV) in canola and wheat which will be associated with key complex agronomic traits. Develop a cost effective platform for capturing such variation and apply structural variation for trait association and candidate gene/locus identification.
