Objectives:
Evaluate over 300 winter wheat varieties and breeding lines for stripe rust resistance (SRR) in inoculated field nurseries and to specific stripe rust races in indoor tests. Test lines with DNA markers and use association mapping to identify DNA markers associated with SRR.
