Objectives:
To respond to the growing potential of the CPSR class for value added niche markets, and to focus on desired protein concentration, with stronger gluten and good milling and end-use quality. To focus on mitigating the major production threats for spring wheat, including FHB, wheat midge, rusts, common bunt, leaf spots and pre-harvest sprouting.
