$100,000

Start Date:
2023
Project Length:
5 Years
Objectives:
Assess if inhibitors and split application of nitrogen can reduce emission without compromising wheat yield and protein quality, and improve nitrogen use efficiency (NUE), such that the incremental costs of 4R practices (i.e., applying Right Source, at the Right Rate, at the Right Time, and in the Right Place) may be covered in Canadian Western Red Spring Wheat (CWRS).
