Objectives:
Develop an LC-MS/MS based chemotyping tool to detect Fusarium-produced DON derivatives in cereal grain. Develop an LC-MS/MS analysis tool to detect plant detoxified DON derivatives in cereal grain. Perform a "Masked/hidden" mycotoxin study across Western Canada.
