Co-Funders:
Agriculture Development Fund, Saskatchewan Wheat Development Commission
Start Date:
2020
Project Length:
3 Years
Objectives:
To study nitrogen metabolism (N uptake, partitioning, and post-anthesis remobilization) related to nitrogen use efficiency, and to decipher physiological and genetic mechanisms in wheat sister lines, and associate with grain and protein yield and quality relevant to Canadian germplasm.
